Christmas table rolls

You need:

• LameLeib Golden Lavash or Classic Lavash
• 150g cream cheese with chives
• 30g mayonnaise
• 8-10 lettuce leaves
• 50g chopped red paprika
• 50g chopped pickles
• 50g grated Cheddar cheese
• 7g chopped red onion
• Salt
• Pepper
• Yellow paprika for decoration

*If desired add 50g ham cubes.

Preparation:

1. In big bowl mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise. It is easier to mix cream cheese when it is at room temperature, use mixer if needed.
2. Add chopped red paprika, pickles, red onion and Cheddar.
3. Mix everything together, season it with salt and pepper.
4. Take lavash and spread mixture evenly on it.
5. Add lettuce leaves.
6. Roll lavash tightly together!
7. With sharp knife cut into smaller rolls.
8. Take big plate and arrange rolls to look like Christmas tree, look at the pictures!
9. Take yellow paprika and cut star and small ornaments out of it and decorate Christmas tree.
