Spring wrap

You need:

  • LameLeib Classic Lavash
  • 150g cream cheese
  • Half of ice salad
  • 40g spinach
  • 2 medium carrots
  • Half of yellow and half of red pepper
  • 6-8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 40g feta cheese
  • Crunchy cucumber dressing

Preparation:

  1. Chop green salad, pepper, tomatioes, red onion and grate carrots.
  2. Put cream cheese on lavash.
  3. Add salad, spinach, carrots, pepper, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese and add dressing.
  4. Roll lavash together. Look at the pictures!
  5. Cut half in the middle.
