Rye roll with egg and herring

You need:

  • LameLeib Rye Lavash
  • 60g melted cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 6-8 leaves of green salad
  • 100g sliced herring fillets
  • ½ small red onion
  • 2 sliced pickles (pickled cucumbers)
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Crush the egg with a fork and mix it with mayonnaise.
  2. Spread melted cheese evenly on the lavash.
  3. On the bottom edge, add the egg-mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients, refer to the pictures!
  5. Roll up the lavash and cut into desired rolls.
