Lavash roses

You need:

  • 6 – cup muffin tin
  • LameLeib Wholegrain Lavash
  • 3 apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g soft toffee
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Butter

Preparation:

  1. Cut apples into half, clean the core and make thin slices. Put thin apple slices in the bowl, pour hot water on them, let them sit few minutes, then rinse.
  2. Take 3 eggs and mix them with sugar.
  3. Take lavash, with scissors cut 6 stripes. Look at the pictures!
  4. Take one lavash stripe, cover it with egg mixture. Add apple slices and toffee. Look at the pictures!
  5. Roll lavash together, so you get rose-shape.
  6. Crease muffin tin with butter and put all roses in the muffin tin.
  7. With spoon add remaining egg mixture in the roses, add a bit butter on top.
  8. Bake at 175 degrees about 20-25 minutes.
