Lavash pizza

You need:

  • LameLeib Wholegrain Lavash 
  • 50g ketchup/tomato sauce
  • 30g pickles
  • 25g cherry tomatoes
  • 15g red onion
  • 20g canned pineapple
  • 175g grated cheese
  • Pizza seasoning
  • Rucola

Preparation:

  1. Slice pickles, cherry tomatoes, red onion and pineapple into very thin slices.
  2. Put oven tray into the bottom shelf of the oven and preheat the oven with the oven tray about 210 degrees.
  3. Meanwhile put ketchup/tomato sauce evenly on lavash.
  4. Add sliced pickles, cherry tomatoes, red onion and pineapple.
  5. Then add grated cheese.
  6. Put lavash on baking paper.
  7. Put lavash with baking paper as quickly as possible on very hot baking tray and close oven door very quickly.
  8. Bake lavash pizza in the oven about 10 minutes, lavash should get crispy.
  9. Then season pizza with some pizza seasoning and add rucola.
