LameLeib samosas

You need:

  • LameLeib Mini Lavash
  • 300g potato
  • 70g carrot
  • 15g red onion
  • 3g garlic
  • 4g greens (dill, green onion, parsley)
  • 40g butter
  • 2 tbsp potato starch
  • 4 tbsp water
  • Oil
  • Salt


  1. Boil potato and carrot.
  2. Cut red onion and garlic into small pieces and turn them brown on hot pan.
  3. Add drained potato and carrot and mix it together with onion and garlic.
  4. Add greens and butter and mix again.
  5. Make potato starch and water mixture.
  6. Cut Mini Lavash into half in the middle.
  7. On top straight edge put starch mixture, so it gets wet.
  8. Then press top edge tightly together.
  9. Put 3 tsp of potato and carrot mixture into lavash pocket.
  10. Then add starch mixture on the last open end and close it.
  11. Preheat pan with oil.
  12. Turn samosas golden brown on hot pan.
