Crispy almond-cinnamon rolls

You need:

  • LameLeib Whole-wheat flour lavash
  • 30g butter
  • 10g sugar
  • 100g almond flakes
  • Cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar


  1. Melt the butter and spread it evenly on the lavash (leave a little butter for later coating of the rolls)
  2. Add sugar, cinnamon, and almond flakes evenly
  3. Roll it up and cut into bite-sized pieces
  4. Gently coat the rolls with butter and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
  6. Optionally, decorate with powdered sugar
