Crispy almond-cinnamon rolls
You need:
LameLeib Whole-wheat flour lavash
30g butter
10g sugar
100g almond flakes
Cinnamon
Powdered sugar
Preparation:
Melt the butter and spread it evenly on the lavash (leave a little butter for later coating of the rolls)
Add sugar, cinnamon, and almond flakes evenly
Roll it up and cut into bite-sized pieces
Gently coat the rolls with butter and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
Optionally, decorate with powdered sugar
