Lavash curd roll

You need:

For filling:

  • 2 packages LameLeib Golden Lavash (available in Selver and Maxima stores)
  • 400g vanilla curd
  • 100g vanilla curd paste
  • 2 medium or 3 small ripe banana
  • 3 eggs
  • 130g sugar
  • Cinnamon

For coating:

  • 1 egg
  • 70g sour cream
  • 30g sugar
  • 40g coconut flakes
  • Oil


  1. In big bowl make mixture for filling – mix curd, curd paste, 3 eggs, 130g sugar together.
  2. With fork crush banana into smaller pieces and add it to the mixture.
  3. Add little bit of cinnamon and mix together. Filling should be thick not too runny.
  4. In smaller bowl make mixture for coating – mix 1 egg, sour cream, 30g sugar and coconut flakes.
  5. Put lavashes on the table, one after another, about 7 cm should be on top of each other. Look at the pictures!
  6. Pour filling on lavashes, pour it evenly, add free space on the corners. It is important to leave free space on top of the lavash edge, so it is easier to roll lavash together.
  7. Roll lavash together. Look at the pictures!
  8. Put stritsel on baking tray with baking paper on it.
  9. Put coating mixture evenly on lavash stritsel.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven at 185 degrees about 30 minutes.
  11. Then take curd stritsel out of oven and add thin layer of oil on it and bake in the oven more 5 minutes.
  12. Enjoy LameLeib curd stritsel warm or cold!
