Crispy rolls with chicken

You need:

  1. LameLeib Mini Lavash
  2. 500g shredded chicken
  3. 200g cream cheese
  4. 100g grated cheese
  5. 30g herbs
  6. Oil


  • Mix together shredded chicken, cream cheese and herbs.
  • Put mixture on Mini Lavash.
  • Add cheese.
  • Roll lavash tightly together, open lavash end should be beneath the roll.
  • Put rolls on baking tray, and put thin layer of oil on them.
  • Bake in the oven about 185 degrees 15 minutes.
  • Make dipping sauce of your preference.
