Cream cheese dessert

You need:

  • LameLeib Mini Lavash
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 200g cherry compote (without seeds)
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • Oil
  • Powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. Mix together cream cheese, cherries and sugar, make sure that mixture is thick.
  2. Put few tbs of mixture on Mini Lavash and roll it together. Look at the pictures!
  3. Secure the edge with small food stick.
  4. Continue to do the same with other Mini Lavashes.
  5. Put layer of oil on a pan and bake rolls on both sides.
  6. Carefully remove stick and decorate with powdered sugar.
