Baked tacos

You need:

  • LameLeib Mini Lavash
  • 300g minced meat of your choice
  • 3 big pickles
  • 200g red kidney beans
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 200g grated cheese
  • Half of a small red paprika
  • 1 medium sized red onion
  • 2 garlic gloves
  • Oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Dried basil
  • Dried thyme

Preparation:

  1. Put thin layer of oil on both Mini Lavash sheets.
  2. Preheat oven about 200 degrees and put lavash between oven grate so they form into tacos. (Look at the pictures!)
  3. Bake Mini Lavash in the oven about 4 minutes (they should turn a little bit hard, but you should take them out before airbubbles start to form, so it’s easier to take them out from the oven grate).
  4. Cool down taco bowls.
  5. Turn brown minced meat.
  6. Chop cherry tomatoes, paprika, onion and garlic.
  7. Put them on the pan with oil, salt, dried basil and thyme, mix and roast them about 3 minutes.
  8. Put taco bowls in baking form and add minced meat, chopped pickles, rinsed kidney beans, mixture of tomatoes and paprika and on top of that cheese.
  9. Put them into the oven about 200 degrees and bake them 8-10 minutes.
  10. Decorate tacos with chopped parsley.
