Lavash rolls and chips

You need:

Lavash rolls

  • LameLeib wholegrain Lavash
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 50g paprika
  • 50g lettuce
  • 4 cheese slices
  • Half an avocado
  • 100g tomato
  • 60g sweet chili sauce (or other sauce)

Wholegrain chips

  • LameLeib Wholegrain Lavash
  • 70g cream cheese
  • 70g grated cheese

Preparation:

Lavash rolls

  1. Slice paprika, tomato, avocado.
  2. Spread cream cheese evenly on lavash.
  3. Add all ingredients one after another, so it is easier for you to roll lavash together. Look at the pictures!
  4. Roll lavash tightly together and cut into smaller pieces.

Wholegrain chips

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly on lavash.
  2. Add grated cheese.
  3. With scissors cut lavash into smaller pieces. Look at the Pictures!
  4. Put lavash chips on a hot baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 6 minutes.
