Crispy apple basket
You need:
LameLeib wholegrain-flour lavash (you need half of it)
6 apples
100g butter
100ml whipped cream
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Preparation:
Cut wholegrain lavash into half with scissors and take one of the halfs.
With scissors cut 6 circles (about 10cm diameter), if you need use stencil. Look at the pictures!
Melt 50g butter and mix it with 1 tbsp sugar and half tbsp cinnamon.
Take lavash circles and cover them evenly with butter mixture.
Put lavash circles into the muffn tin and bake them in the pre-heated oven at 175 degrees about 10 minutes.
Remove lavash baskets carefully from the muffin tin and let them cool down.
At the same time remove skin from the apples and cut them into small pieces.
Saute apples with 50g butter, 2 tbsp sugar and half tbsp cinnamon.
Let the mixture to cool down and then put it into every lavash basket.
Decorate with whipped cream and cinnamon.
