Warm minced meat rolls

You need:

1 pack of Lameleib lavash
300 g of minced meat
1 onion
1 tbsp of sour cream
2 tbsp of tomato paste
2 cloves of garlic
1 red capsicum
100 g of grated cheese
Black pepper, oregano, salt

–Fry minced meat.
–add chopped onion, 1 tbsp of sour cream and 2 tbsp of tomato paste.
–season with pepper, oregano, salt and crushed garlic.
–add chopped capsicum and grated cheese.
–Spread the filling over lavash sheet.
–coil lavash into roll.
–Grill from both sides or warm it up in the oven at 200 C, slice nd serve right away.
–Enjoy with green salad!
