Pumpkin dish

You need:

  • LameLeib E-free tortilla (in the package there are 4 pcs)
  • 1kg cleaned pumpkin
  • 200g grated cheese
  • 150g grated parmesan cheese
  • 400g ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • Seed mix
  • Nutmeg
  • Chilly flakes
  • Oil
  • Salt


  1. Cut pumpkin into small pieces, add salt, oil, chilli flakes and a little bit fresh nutmeg. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees about 25 minutes.
  2. Puree baked pumpkin into smooth puree.
  3. Puree also ricotta, egg and grated parmesan cheese.
  4. Take 28cm diameter cake tin and put one E-free tortilla on the bottom of the tin.
  5. Add half of a pumpkin puree and spread it evenly on tortilla. (Look at the pictures!)
  6. Add another layer of E-free tortilla.
  7. Add half of a ricotta mixture and put tortilla on top of it.
  8. Add another layer of pumpkin mixture, then last tortilla and last ricotta mixture.
  9. Last but not least add grated cheese.
  10. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees about 35 minutes, cheese should be crispy.
  11. Add seeds mix.
  12. ENJOY!
