You need:
- 2 pcs LameLeib mini lavash (in the package you have 6 pcs)
- 20g tomatoe sauce
- 10g red paprika
- 10g yellow paprika
- 10g cherry tomatoes
- 10g red onion
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp oil
- 50g grated cheese
- Pizza seasoning
- Rucola
Preparation:
- Put mini lavash on baking paper and add thin layer of tomatoe sauce on lavash.
- Slice yellow and red paprika, tomatoe and onion into thin slices and add them on lavash.
- Press garlic clove and mix it with oil, add it on mini lavash.
- Add grated cheese.
- Preheat the oven about 185 degrees.
- Put pizza with baking paper on hot baking tray.
- You need to put lavash with baking paper on hot baking tray in order to get crispy finish!
- Bake in the oven about 10 minutes.
- Add pizza seasoning and some rucola.
- ENJOY!
