LameLeiva sushi

You need:

  1. 1 pack of LameLeib classic lavash
  2. 250ml sushi rice
  3. 300ml water
  4. 40 ml sushi vinegar
  5. Salmon
  6. Avocado
  7. Pepper
  8. Cucumber
  9. Cream cheese
  10. 2tsp of sugar
  11. Bamboo mat for sushi making

Preparation:

  • Wash the rice
  • Put rice into boiling water
  • Stir rice 3 minutes
  • Put heat on low and let the rice to set for 15 minutes
  • Mix sugar and vinegar and add it to rice
  • Mix the rice and let it cool down
  • Cut lavash into 4 even pieces
  • With wet fingers put thin layer of rice on lavash sheet
  • 1-2 cm on top leave lavash without rice layer- you need to put cream cheese there
  • Add cucumber, pepper, salmon, cream cheese and avocado
  • Put lavash on the bamboo mat
  • Roll lavash tightly together with bamboo mat
  • Cut equal pieces
  • ENJOY!
