LameLeib apple-iris cake

You need:

  1. 2 packs of LameLeib wholegrain lavash
  2. 250g iris candies
  3. 3 big apples
  4. 50g butter
  5. 5 eggs
  6. sugar
  7. powdered sugar

Preparation:

  • Cut lavash sheet into 6 even pieces (from 2 packs you get 24 pcs)
  • Cut the appels in halves and cut thin slices
  • Put apple slices into the bowl and pour boiling water on them (it is necessary for apples to get softer. Do not let the apples stay in the water for too long!)
  • Cut iris candies into small pieces
  • Mix 5 eggs with 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • Spread egg mix all over the lavash piece evenly
  • Add apple slices and iris candies
  • Roll it tightly together and place into the baking dish (before that put butter evenly over the baking dish)
  • Continue the same with other lavash pieces
  • Pour leftover egg and sugar mix into the baking dish
  • Cut small butter pieces and put them on the cake
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees 25-30 minutes
  • Let the cake to cool down
  • Strew some powdered sugar
  • ENJOY!
