Cream cheese pocket

You need:

  • LameLeib mini lavash
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 250g cherry compote
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • Oil
  • Powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. Mix together cream cheese, cherries and sugar
  2. Put mixture on mini lavash
  3. Fold lavash together (look picutres!)
  4. Fry on hot pan on both sides till lavash gets golden brown color
  5. Decorate with powdered sugar
  6. ENJOY!
