Cream cheese dessert

You need:

  • 2 pcs LameLeib E-free tortilla (in the package there are 4 pcs)
  • 300g cream cheese
  • 100g white chocolate
  • 50g butter
  • Strawberries
  • Rasberries
  • Blueberries
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Mint leaves
  • Powdered sugar
  • 14-16cm diameter heat resistant bowl
  • Foil

Preparation:

  1. Spread melted butter on both sides of tortilla.
  2. Put sugar and cinnamon also on both sides of tortilla.
  3. Take 14-16cm diameter heat resistant bowl and put tortilla inside of it.
  4. Take big piece of foil and put it also inside of the bowl and press it tightly against tortilla.
  5. With foil fold tortilla ends outwards of the bowl (Look at the pictures!).
  6. Put bowl into preheated oven and bake it in the oven at 200 degrees about 10 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and grill tortilla 5 minutes more in the oven, to make tortilla bowl more crispy.
  8. Take it out of the oven and remove tortilla from the bowl and let it cool down.
  9. To make cream cheese filling melt white chocolate and mix it with cream cheese.
  10. Cut some strawberries, rasberries and blueberries and put them into the mixture.
  11. Take tortilla bowl and put layer of cream cheese mixture on the bottom.
  12. Then add some sliced strawberries and then again cream cheese mixture.
  13. Decorate with berries, mint leaves and powdered sugar.
  14. ENJOY!
  1. Take it out of the oven and remove tortilla from the bowl and let it cool down.
  2. To make cream cheese filling melt white chocolate and mix it with cream cheese.
  3. Cut some strawberries, rasberries and blueberries and put them into the mixture.
  4. Take tortilla bowl and put layer of cream cheese mixture on the bottom.
  5. Then add some sliced strawberries and then again cream cheese mixture.
  6. Decorate with berries, mint leaves and powdered sugar.
  7. ENJOY!
